List was born in California on 6 April 1998. Suzanne List as well as John List are her parents. List has two other brothers, who both are actors. List went to Oak Park High School in California and graduated in 2016. List is of English, Welsh and Aries roots. She has been interested in acting art since a very early stage, and also modeling. List began the acting profession in 2002, and her modeling career began in the year 2009. List was in the television show As the World Turns (2002) as Bess in All My Children (2004), and played the role of the young Jane Nichols, in 27 Dresses.
