Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor as well as producer. She has won many acting awards and is among of the most well-paid actors. Nush is her own clothing line specifically for women. In addition, she serves as a brand ambassador and owns numerous other brands. Forbes Magazine has featured her as well. Anushka Sharma is the child of Kumar Sharma (retd.) and Ashima Sharma. She was born in Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh on May 1, 1988. Anushka's father is a Colonel (retd.) and her mother works as a housewife. Karnesh, Anushka Sharma's older brother, who was in the Merchant Navy is now a filmmaker. Anushka has graduated from Army School Bangalore. Mount Carmel College Bangalore granted her with a Bachelor of Arts. Anushka Sharma has a master of Arts in Economics. Anushka Sharma dreamed of becoming journalist or model, but not an actor. Anushka joined Elite Model Management after graduating and was trained by Prasad Bidapa, the stylist consultant. Anushka was first spotted in the year 2017 at Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show. She was also selected for the spring collection Summer 2007, by Rodricks. Anushka Sharma has been a part in a variety of brand-related campaigns after her Lakme Fashion Week debut. This includes campaigns with Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka Sharma, along with her modeling profession, enrolled in an acting academy and started giving auditions for film. Anushka appeared in a role of acting with Shah Rukh Khan opposite Anushka. In preparation for her screening test, Anushka Sharma stayed an entire day. Later, she was signed to three films with Yash Raj Films. She played a role as an unwed bride and tied to a man of middle aged (the persona Shah Rukh Khan was portraying). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka starred with Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang and Vir Das in the film Badmash Company. The movie received mixed praises. Anushka appeared alongside Ranveer in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in which she portrayed a Punjabi middle-class girl who started her own business. The film was praised by critics and was deemed an overnight to be a success. Anushka's contract to make three films under Yash Raj Films was completed with the Band Baaja Baraat.
